‘Sahara Care House takes care of your needs anytime
anyplace!’ I read this on some portal for NRIs and I was highly amused.
Right! So I am supposed to believe this nearly impossible feat and move on in
life?
I became a member of Sahara Care House to prove the
aforementioned statement false. I wanted to use their services, fall for the
false promises they deliver and feel like a foolish consumer at the end of it
all. Or so I thought!
Little did I know that Sahara
was out to prove me and my misconceptions wrong. To start with, I decided to
try out their Utility service for my
parents in India.
Sitting here in the USA,
I placed an online order for the Household
Utility Bill Payment and to my utter amazement they actually delivered what
they promised. The electricity, water and phone bills were paid on behalf of my
parents by a friendly Relationship
Ambassador.
I was perhaps worried that the ‘friendliness’ of the
ambassador may turn out to be feigned or forced, but I was in for a pleasant
surprise. They are unpretentious and committed to what they do, which makes the
Sahara services even more appealing.
